COGNITIVE SKILLS TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAMS ( online mode )


Any educator with an enthusiasm to upgrade his/her skills and knowledge about mainstream inclusion indicators and wants to have a hands on therapeutic experience for management in classroom for children with developmental difficulties .

LEVEL 1

  1. Graduation (NTT/ DIET)
  2. B.Ed/ M.Ed
  3. D.Ed / B.ed (Special education)
  4. B.A./M.A.(psychology)
  5. Diploma / certification in Cross Disability

LEVEL 2

ELIGIBILTY

  1. Candidates who have passes level 1 of cognitive skills trining program and have respective certification.
  2. M.ed Speacial education / inclusive education from recognised university.
  3. Head / Corrdinatiors of schools having more than 10 year of teaching experience (experience certificate required).
  4. Masters in Psychology + 3year of experience and M.Phil/P.hd

LATERAL ENTRY

  1. M.Phil Rehabilitation psychology / Clinical psychology.
  2. Masters in Rehabilitation Medicine.

>Mainstream / early or pre school teachers often get confused in handling a child a child with behavioural problems , speech problems , hyperactivity , attention $ concentration problems . This is country’s only researched and licensed program which enables an educator to learn deeply about inclusion and handling of children in a classroom scenario.

  1. Understanding various models and indicators of inclusion like ESDM , MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE etc.
  2. Equipping mainstream teachers /educators with concept of early identification in early years in classroom scenario and understanding referral process and become an integrated part in process of inclusion.
  3. Equipping teachers in curriculum adaptations according to child’s sensory , educational and emotional needs.
  4. Learning classroom management of children with developmental difficulties in a mainstream classroom level.
  5. Exploring a whole new range of researched 14 domains of development.

## Would be difficult to pick one topic as good as the entire course was very very well structured and carried out.Personally, I found the sessions on detailed classroom management and the various different tools and also the one’s which explained the detailed methods of working up the checklists with the children.
